Chuppah creation for Max Danielle

As a wedding gift, I rented the poles and frame and made the coverings for their wedding canopy.

I finished the edges with a rolled hem for 280 linear feet of tulle. I added Max and Danielle's "Talit" '(prayer shawls), as the roof covering, and created a very traditional chuppah for their wedding back in 2017. It was the most magnificent pleasure to make.

Masks

I've made masks, and I will continue to make masks. I made them from leftover fabric that I've collected over the 40+ years I've been sewing. I can't wait till we no longer need them.

Who wears the pants in this family?

WE ALL DO!!!!! My husband Michael, both boys and their wives all graduated from Ohio State. Soooooo for a family get away, it was Ohio State PJ pants for all. And a shirt for me. You're not gonna catch me in PJ pants.

Gardening Overalls!

Well, as we say, the dirtier the kid, the more funs' been had! Machine washable to be sure!

EJ's surf poncho

My daughter EJ, surfs on weekends around the San Francisco area. After Covid, she no longer felt comfortable using public restrooms to change her clothes. Viola', a portable changing room in a poncho!

Hanukah Christmas stockings

Our son Aaron and his wife Erin, asked for Christmas stockings for their mantel. Aaron is a Hanukah person, and Erin is a Christmas person, and their baby is a both person. So notice Aaron's is made of Hanukah fabric. This was the funnest ever!!!

Hanukah Hoody front

The The Four Bitchin' Babes had decided to do a Holiday(s) show of shared musical traditions. At the end of the show, we performed "The Christmas Sweater Song" (by Deirdre Flint Babe) and everyone donned their BAD Christmas sweaters, while I threw on my Hanukah Hoody. Worth all the laughs for sure!

Porch table chairs

We enclosed our back porch, and I felt that I needed to upcycle our years old table and chairs. So I recovered the cushions, and make a sparkle vinyl "bottle cap" style table cover for easy cleaning. We love it out there!
