Notes About My Good Company:

This record was mainly recorded in Nashville. I loved the studio (Omni), and we did our basic tracks and overdubs down there. Again I used my favorite musicians, and I was also thrilled to nab my brilliant gal pal, Janis Ian for an intimate duet on "Little Girl Please Wait." The wonderfully talented Jonathan Edwards signed on to sing on "10 Pound Bass" which I believe he related to all too well. This was a great project for me.

You'll also hear "This Town's All Right" in it's original version. The BABES recorded a do-over of this for our "Beyond Bitchin'" CD on Shanachie.

Also contains "Private Plenty" which was co-written with folk legend Tom Paxton.
